Our tangy take with a hint of herbal, refreshing mint, is a nod to our beloved pineapple – a fruit that has almost to become synonymous symbol of island life.The industrialization of the pineapple crop in Hawai’i 19th and 20th centuries, brought people from around the globe to work on island plantations.
It’s from this meeting of cultures that Hawai’i developed its own, distinct local culture, customs and Hawaiian Pidgin language.
