Lost Or Damaged Shipment

We provide a safe and reliable shipment service and we ensure an accurate packaging secured against breakage with a shock-resistant material. However, we are aware that unfortunate accidents may happen and your products may arrive to you in an out-of-order state. Moreover, you parcel may get lost during the delivery phase. Returns

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If a product that you have purchased does not entirely reflect your expectations, do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or on our toll-free number and inform us with respect to this issue. Our Customer Support will provide all the necessary details for you to return the parcel. Once the package has been inspected for signs of use, a refund will be issued within 30 days.

We will not be responsible for shipping and handling returned items. We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
