To create Tamari Seaweed Baked Brown Rice Snaps™, whole grain brown rice is carefully cleaned, and then milled into a fine flour containing the essential nutrients of the whole grain. Next, this whole grain rice flour is lightly steamed, kneaded, shaped, and oven-baked to golden perfection with no added oils. These flavorful snaps are completed with a dash of gluten-free tamari and seaweed flakes.
